On May 20,National medical products administration(NMPA) issued the "Category II Medical Device Product List Exempted from Operation and Filing (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)",and the deadline for soliciting opinions is June 20, 2021.
The consultation draft lists 13 second-class medical device products that are to be exempted from business registration, including 2 in vitro diagnostic products related to our company, including HCG testing reagents and LH testing reagents.
