On May 28th, the FDA published two articles on its official website,one was “Stop Using Lepu Medical Technology SARS-CoV-2 Antigen and Leccurate Antibody Tests: FDA Safety Communication” is appealing to the public to stop using lepu’s antigen and antibody test kits.
The other one is more serious, “Lepu Medical Technology Recalls SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test Kit and Leccurate SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Rapid Test Kit (Colloidal Gold Immunochromatography) due to Risk of False Results”,asking to recall these two products of Lepu.
Lepu has been asked to recall two products this time. Lepu Medical Technology SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test Kit and Leccurate SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Rapid Test, respectively Kit (Colloidal Gold Immunochromatography).
The recall level is the most serious class 1 of the FDA! Because it can cause potential damage to the human body and even cause death.
